Here is a list of all namespaces with brief descriptions:

NAkonadi	This namespace contains the classes of Akonadi, the PIM storage service

NKMail	The KMail namespace contains all KMail-internal classes
NKMime	The KMime namespace contains the classes of libkmime, the MIME library used by KNode and (partly) KMail
NKNode	The KNode namespace contains all KNode-internal classes

NKParts	KParts is the namespace for KDE's component model
